Ok, so I bought my dress and I really like it (most days).  The only problems is that the skirt is tulle and I keep hearing about how difficult it is to bustle a tulle skirt.  Did anyone have a tulle skirt that has any advice?  I've looked up pictures and I like the French Bustle but I have a feeling I'm going to have much say in it.  It has a chapel train.  Here's a picture.

Tulle is hard- difficult to tell how many layers, and how fine the Tulle is (denier of threads, size or holes).  The finest tulle (fine as in thinner thread and smaller spaces)  drapes rather like organza.  All layers are treated as one, with as few attachment points as possible, allowing it to cascade like a veil or hankie held at one point.

I have only done 2 in Tulle- one with a wrist loop, and a silver ring like a napkin ring.  All the layers were fed through the ring (takes one minute to a point about 6 inches from the hem, the loop at hem level to attach to a silver bracelet the bride wore.  Very pretty when dancing, with no fabric in your hand, and the ring holding the bulk far enough away to be out of the way.  Sitting for a meal,  the ring is slid further up, making a thin tale tucked under the main skirt so waitstaff does not step on it, does not catch in chair.
The second was a single point pickup to make a v above not under  the rest of the skirt.  Like this
