 Gee, that's great! You got some nice property along with the house.

Out here it's crappy megamansion city -- squeezing dumb boxes with windows onto a piece of land that formerly held a one family 1960s split level. And no grass -- just that sh!tty fancy brick work instead of a front yard.

 well FI is a brick mason sooo he would love it! haha He already has plans to put brick all over it. We got a landscaped back and front yard with auto sprinklers! it is awesome! It looks small from the outside but its big inside. The door you can't see but its on the right haha. We weren't a huge fan of that at first but we are used to it now.

 We had our yard sale this past weekend. We had to help J's great grandmother move into the skilled nursing section of the hospital so we postponed it. We had a blast and made some money :) We're doing it again this weekend coming up. I felt like a zombie when we got up this morning. 

We made enough to buy a new 40 gallon tank for the turtles. They out-grew the 29 gallon in 4 months. We're hoping to get 6 months out of this new tank lol It's really nice, it has a lockable metal screen top that will keep flies out of the water. 

Amanda, I understand about the email. I forgot what it was, I don't think it was very important lol.

 I see there is another Bruce Springsteen tickets-for-sale scandal.

There are now over 1100 tix that were not sold -- primo seats and nobody can account for why they are still available.

Notice none of this happens when it's Metallica, McCartney, No Doubt or The Who...just with Bruce Springsteen.

What is that?

The Attorney General and the FTC should have looked into this mess and had it settled and done years ago.

It's just over a year now that my brother has been a Marine -- can't believe how time flies.

Apparently someone in this building missed the memo that it's June because the heat is cranked up. It's at least 80 degrees in my office -- and I dressed for the cloudy, 60-degree weather outside. Boo.

OUr local weather forcaster says no hot weather here for the rest of the month. I don't recall the same weather pattern in 1996 and 1992...those are the last times it happened for June.

 Yeah he just passed the test, he has been trying for months.  Now he has to run 2 miles every day to get ready for boot camp.

It's part of his plan to eventually become a fireman.

 Awesome, congrats to your brother Amanda. 

We had another yard sale this last weekend. Yesterday, we got everything set up and sat down ready to sell, and it started raining. As soon as the last table was in the garage, it was nice, clear and sunny. Within about 5 minutes it went from dreary and gray to blue and sunny.
