Kansas Wedding...Need Help!

I am trying to plan a small (less than 10 people total) outdoor ceremony in Kansas (the Overland Park/Olathe area). I would love it to be at a park or a garden or something. The problem is I am having trouble finding a location and a an officiate. Also, I am Catholic and he is SDA, and neither of us are willing convert, so what kind of ceremony do we do?
I'm panicked and running out of time!

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Maybe do some sort of vows that are for mixed religions type marriages. Other than that I would say maybe do a internet search or look in the yellow pages for locations near there. Maybe call a local courthouse or city building for some more information. Good luck.
