Not me, that's the one thing that I want to keep "traditional."  He won't see me until I'm walking down the aisle.  But i do want to spend a quiet moment with him after the ceremony.

yes, I am! I want to see him and I can't wait for him to see my dress. I want some time alone with him before the ceremony because until we leave for our "honeymoon" we won't have time after the ceremony!

We have already decided that he does not get to see me until it is time for me to walk down the aisle.

Yes, we got up in the morning, packed the car, and drove to the venue together.  It was fun.

(I didn't do the "pretend virgin" thing and stay someplace else the night before.)

Even though I lived with him before the wedding, my mother still made me stay at their house the night before. It was weird, the first time in a year that we were apart.

Anyway, it worked out fine, bc I wanted to go to the reception venue with my father before getting ready - we were decorating and stuff. And my aunt came over to do our hair at 10, so I would have had to be up and out early had I stayed at my own house.

My entire bridal party was on FH lookout at the church. When I snuck outside to smoke before I put my dress on, I had lookouts. Evidently, his GM took over the lookout  job for him too. What can I say, we are very traditional. Although, we really didn't ahve a choice in those things, everyone else made them for us :-)

So no, the last alone time we had was beofer the RD.

We are doing a moment of alone time prior to the wedding because we are doing photos beforehand. I would love to have the first time he sees me be when I'm walking down the aisle, but I really want outdoor photos and by the time the ceremony will be over - it will be too dark outside. I think it will be nice because I was afraid I'd burst into tears seeing him for the first time walking down the aisle. Now I can get it over with before.

We are going to see each other before hand for a few reasons. One I know I will be extremely emotional and don't want to be a complete mess at the alter, and 2 we are getting married on a Friday and it will be easier to get pics taken prior to the ceremony with very few after.  FI wants to wait until I walk down the aisle to see me, but agreed to do before if it was just us and the photographer in the room

my fiancee and I will most likley see each other before the wedding but he will not see me in my dress until I walk down the aisle. I want to keep that tradition in our wedding.

Yes, but we're doing it in a different way. My photographer will be in the church with him and no one else. And he will take the pictures of our first sight. And then do a few more and then we will have our time together before the rest of the pictures since we wont have time after the wedding to do pictures...But he wont see me before that time. So it'll be like me walking down the asile...

We are doing our pictures before the ceremony before as well.  It was not my idea, I am traditional too, but he is going to see me in my dress anyway!!!  I think it will be great, to just have a moment to breathe before we embark on this incredable journey through life together.

Probably not.  I do not really want him to see me before I walk down the aisle, but we are going to get a few pictures done before hand (mostly of him and his GMs and me and my BMs).  We have a very short time restriction so have to be careful or else we will miss our reception.  Guess we will have to wait and see how it goes.

we are doing pics before the ceremony, but he would be seeing me before because we have to sign the ketubah and do everything with the rabbi that happens before the ceremony.

for some reason, he wants us not to sleep together the night before... so we are getting seperate hotel rooms friday night

lindsay, we found a local Ketubah artist, but she does sell on-line, her website is www.theketubah.com. we got the "Beloved" print.  i wanted to keep it simple, i don't love the over the top ketubahs.
