Get all your personal necessities done the day/night before (hair removal, etc), and set everything out. Day of wedding make sure your first stop, the salon is for the very first appointment. If you're running late from the salon, it will just ripple as the day goes on. Stay on schedule as much as possible with everything. Stop and look around during the reception, mentally take a picture of how everyone is enjoying themselves, in other words, be present and in the moment. Don't let anyone - MO's, photographer, wedding planner, venue, mc nazi you or monopolize you. Its your wedding day and you should enjoy it and not spend it sitting in a hallway while your photographer poses people around you for 3 hours and you miss your entire wedding, or dealing with family drama. You've done all the work in preparation for this day, now enjoy it.
