Hello my name is Veianna Evans we are planning our wedding next year around end of Sept or Oct we want a off peak wedding for our family who are flying in when is that?.we where going to have our wedding at and reception at rhor park but now they are under consruction until futher noticed. so are schedule is very flexible. estimated about 80 people I am looking for a DJ for 4 hrs are budget for this is $100 an hour the max for us is 4 hrs I love to dance and want someone who plays all kinds of music including Christian upbeat music example nickle back, we need rental for tents chairs dance floor .our theme is a true southern wedding like example GA,south Carolina, we are trying for a pig roast not Hawaii or Asian style, but southern style with corn, potatoes,coleslaw, baked beans,southern dessert,cornbread,ice tea,lemonade,beer as the alcohol,so I need a cater who will do buffet style everybody is serving there selves, cake,florist,DJ,rental, nothing to fancy for the plates,cups silverware these pic might help our budget is total for the reception is $2000. PLUS THE SITE FEE. DJ $400.our cake $250 and the florist $325.
